Hello Fellow Travelers~

Spring is coming to Austin, one could say summer never really left, we've been having temps close to 85 for the past several weeks. I've been able to dip into Barton Springs and Deep Eddy a few times...I'm grateful to swim in the winter months, a life time goal of mine.

The current world happenings, including the economic downturn and the bringing in of the Obama administration, is creating a much needed a cleansing, accompanied by a good dose of fear. As the Age of Fear dissipates, and we experience it final stages, its good to stay on task: meditate with like minded souls, and step into our higher awareness. In April on Monday eves, I’ll begin a 6 week Automatic Writing Workshop at the First Spiritualist Church. We all have the ability to access our own inner guides, and this workshop will provide exercises and meditations that assist in connecting to our higher heart minds, so to speak.
